If the size you're looking for isn't available, or you'd like a specific color, we can create your garment to order. Each piece requires approximately 5 days to make, and due to high demand and the manual process, delivery times can be up to 15 business days.

Custom-made items (special sizes, custom colors, or exclusive designs) are not eligible for exchange or return, as they are made especially for you. In-Stock Items Items available in stock can be exchanged within the first 5 business days after receiving your order, provided that: The item is in perfect condition. It has not been worn, washed, or altered. All tags are attached. No refunds are issued; exchanges will be for another item or store credit.

If your garment has a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days, we will review the case and, if it is due to a manufacturing error, we will repair it free of charge or replace it, subject to availability. Important: Variations in texture, tone, or fabric tension are not considered defects, but rather natural characteristics of handmade pieces.
